Aatmunn Announces Growth Capital Partnership with Memento Growth Partners to Scale SPANR, the Intelligence Layer for the Industrial World

Funding accelerates sales, marketing and R&D as SPANR becomes the common intelligence, orchestration and decision layer connecting people, assets, sensors, software and autonomous systems across industrial environments

‍

LIVONIA, Mich., Oct. 13, 2026 — Industrial safety software company Aatmunn has entered a growth capital partnership with Santa Monica-based Memento Growth Partners (MGP), a growth equity firm dedicated to mission-critical enterprise software companies at the expansion stage in AI-driven environments. The up to $8 million investment includes participation from existing investors and will fund sales and marketing growth and continued R&D into Aatmunn's SPANR platform, including AI integration, for safety managers whose software is trusted by more than eighty thousand workers globally.

‍

The capital will fund expansion of Aatmunn's sales and marketing organization and continued R&D on SPANR. MGP's investment reflects a shared conviction: SPANR is becoming mission-critical to how safety, compliance and operations are managed across legacy industrial environments worldwide.

‍

SPANR is a unified data layer for the industrial frontline. It connects devices from different manufacturers, normalizes their data, links workflows and applies AI-powered insight so teams can act in real time. Today SPANR spans worker safety, gas detection, human condition monitoring, access zoning, asset tracking and inspections. It is used by more than 300 enterprises across the United States, Canada and Europe, and is SOC 2 Type II audited.

‍

"Industrial companies are sitting on more data than ever, spread across devices, systems and sites that were never designed to talk to each other," said Praveer Kumar, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aatmunn. "SPANR turns that fragmentation into one live picture of people, assets and risk, and then helps teams decide and act. MGP understands that this layer is mission-critical, and their partnership gives us the fuel to put SPANR in front of far more of the world's frontline operations."

‍

"Legacy industrial environments are where AI can deliver some of its most tangible value, and also where it is hardest to deploy," said Kareem El Sawy, Founder & Managing Partner at Memento Growth Partners. "Aatmunn has done the difficult work: a decade of field experience, multi-OEM device integrations, an audit-grade system of record and a growing base of blue-chip customers. We see SPANR as the intelligence layer industrial enterprises will standardize on, and we are proud to back the team as it scales."

‍

Customer momentum and channel partnership

Aatmunn's customers include marquee global enterprises across energy, aerospace, aviation, logistics, e-commerce, construction and advanced manufacturing, including Fortune 500 industry leaders. Use cases now live with these customers range from multi-site inspections and gas detection to fatigue and heat monitoring, asset tracking and lone-worker protection. Because every application runs on the same entity model, policy engine and record, each new use case is a configuration rather than a new integration.

‍

Aatmunn's partnership with a global leader in supply chain solutions continues to gain momentum. SPANR serves as a platform layer behind the partner's Connected Safety and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) business, helping the partner grow that business, add new customer logos and sell more of the sensors, devices and managed services its customers already rely on. Aatmunn and its partner are expanding the offering into equipment rental, where connected gas-detection and condition-monitoring equipment becomes a monitored safety asset rather than simply billable equipment.

‍

The intelligence layer for real-time industrial decisions, at global scale

Aatmunn is building strategic channel relationships with global technology leaders that bring connected devices, edge compute and AI to enterprises worldwide. In these ecosystems, SPANR supplies what general-purpose AI cannot infer on its own: the domain knowledge, grounding context and governed actions a plant actually requires.

‍

SPANR knows this worker, this site, this zone, this permit and this asset's history. It turns every inspection, alarm and escalation into structured context, decides whether to watch or escalate, and writes an audit-grade record. The result is a competitive intelligence layer for real-time decision making that improves with every shift. SPANR deploys in the cloud, inside an enterprise's own environment, or on-premises and air-gapped for sites that do not allow data to leave.

‍

Audit-in-a-Box and Inspection-in-a-Box: prove it in real time

To make adoption fast and low-risk, Aatmunn has launched two programs that let companies test their own use cases on live operations before committing to an enterprise rollout:

Audit-in-a-Box maps a company's existing ERP, CMMS and EHS systems, sensors, wearables and controllers, and delivers a SPANR integration roadmap. Every Audit-in-a-Box includes one year of access to the SPANR platform.

Inspection-in-a-Box is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee program that puts SPANR inspections, or the full module suite, live at a site within weeks, so EHS and operations leaders can measure results on their own floor.

Both programs give safety and operations leaders a way to start without a lengthy procurement cycle, and a clear path from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.

‍

The OEM platform for industrial digital transformation

Aatmunn began as a hardware company, shipping and certifying connected devices for hazardous environments before licensing its hardware IP and focusing on the platform. That history makes SPANR a natural fit for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that want to take control of their digital transformation without building a cloud, data platform or app team of their own.

‍

OEMs white-label SPANR and ship connected products as configuration, not construction. In one recent example, an industrial hardware OEM launched two unrelated product lines on SPANR, compressing a three-year software roadmap into five and a half months. The OEM keeps its brand and customer relationship; SPANR provides the data, workflow and intelligence layer underneath.

‍

Aatmunn's 2026 growth plan extends this model on several fronts: new OEM and vertical-industry licensing partnerships, expansion into global hardware and technology ecosystems, visual analytics that bring computer vision into inspections and access control, and a new data-driven approach that lets insurers reward safer operations.

‍

The direction is clear. SPANR is positioned to become the common intelligence, orchestration and decision layer that connects people, assets, sensors, software and autonomous systems across the industrial environment, synchronizing the physical industrial world. Agents on SPANR act on policy rather than hard-coded rules, and every action is governed and audited by default.
